Buckets & Bows Maid Service is proud to be involved with…

President of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, Debbie Sardone is the founder of this national nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason

We’ve helped donate over 30,000 free cleanings to women who need housecleaning while undergoing treatment for cancer. Debbie Sardone is President of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, and the founder of Cleaning For A Reason, a nationwide program that helps women with cancer receive free housecleaning.

“I am amazed that someone would come in and clean for me completely free of charge.  I have been unable to clean for a while.  Coming home to a clean house made me feel normal again.  Thank you so much.” (a cancer patient from Buckets & Bows Maid Service).

Fighting cancer is difficult enough, but living with it is even tougher. That’s where the Cleaning for A Reason Foundation steps in.

Our nonprofit offers free professional housecleaning services to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer. The President of Buckets & Bows Maid Service started the nonprofit, Cleaning For A Reason in 2006 with just a dozen volunteers.  Now with over 1,100 other maid services volunteering their time, we’ve helped more than 15,000 women receive over $4.5 million dollars in free services through out the United States and Canada.

Please tell a friend or colleague about this wonderful service.  We have cleaning volunteers in all 50 states, so check for a local participating maid service in your area.

Honoring Our First Responders and Veterans

Anyone who knows us, knows we have a heart of charity. That doesn’t stop with the nonprofit we started (Cleaning For A Reason). We help many others in our community. If we can say “yes” to someone in need we will! We want to be known as the most giving company in the maid service industry, and so far our reputation supports that desire.

Here are some of the causes we care about and the charitable help we’re most proud of:

Wounded War Veterans: Now providing a year of free house cleaning services to one of our local soldiers and wounded war veteran.

First Responders: We periodically provide free and “at cost” cleanings to our community’s police and firefighters, as our gift to these brave men and women.

Police Officers Honored

Many of you know my husband Steve is a retired police officer (City of Plano). In honor of National Police Week each year, we give away five FREE cleanings to local police officers during during National Police Week. The $150 maid service gift card is our “thank you” to local law enforcement who courageously serve to keep our streets safe. We send out an email to our entire list the week prior, inviting officers to request this free gift. No strings attached, no hidden fees or upsell, no gimmicks. It’s free and it’s our way to say “thank you”. TERMS: Any police officer or their family members or a friend can stop by and pick up a gift card while they last during that special week only. We give five FREE cleanings during this time, so please call to insure we have some left before stopping in. Once we run out, anyone can purchase a $150 Maid Service gift card for any police officer for half price ($75) during the entire month of May. (We make nothing off of a 1/2 price cleaning as this is below our labor costs.) Pick up at: 211 S. Stemmons, Ste C, Lewisville, 75067 (SW corner of I-35 & Main, behind the Shell gas station)

If you miss out on the first 5 free $150 gift cards, you can purchase a half price gift card for any police officer (limit one per family please) for just $75. We are matching the difference and will mail a $150 gift card to him or her on your behalf. We make no profit from this offer.

Your Price: $75
We’ll Match: $75
We’ll give the entire $150 Maid Service Gift Card to a local Police Officer
(we make no profit off this offer)

Each year between 140 and 160 officers are killed in the line of duty and their families and co-workers are left to deal with the tragic loss. The Heroes of Denton County. provides resources to help them rebuild their shattered lives. Click HERE if you’d like to donate to this cause.
