Buckets & Bows Maid Service teamed up with American Airlines and Cleaning For A Reason to clean for 25 women who are battling cancer COMPLETELY FREE. That’s right we got to team up with American Airlines executives and employees for a Dallas service project where 25 women who are battling cancer received the gift of FREE housecleaning 100% for FREE. No strings attached, no hidden fees, zero payment!

Our own top Cleaning Tech, Peggy Fox lead a team of AA Cargo employees in one of the cleanings and yours truly got to go clean for another cancer patient. That’s right, I kicked off my heels and was the team leader in a team that included David R. Brooks, American Airlines Cargo Division President. I assigned him to the master bathroom, and he did a spotless job! We all worked hard, and I had a renewed appreciation for the hard work my staff does every single day. My muscles ached that night, but it was the most rewarding fatigue I’ve had in a long time.
It’s a blessing to help others, and more rewarding than receiving. Our patients were so grateful for the help, and we wish them all the best during this time of recovery and battle against the disease.
