Priority cleaning

If you have specific areas of your home you need cleaned regularly, we can support you with a priority cleaning. Perhaps you have rooms that are rarely used—like your guest room or dining room; we can skip over those and focus on high traffic areas instead. When you call to schedule our service, just let us know. We’ll drop those low-priority rooms from your price quote and focus our attention on the rooms you use more often—like your kitchen and bathrooms.

If you’re empty nesters, you might not need a full house cleaning every week. We can clean the areas that get everyday use and tackle the rest of the house right before the extended family comes to visit. Kids’ rooms upstairs? We’ll simply ignore that part of the house until you expect them home for a visit, focusing on the downstairs area you spend the most time in.

Priority cleanings also make a lot of sense if you are on a tight budget or if you live in a really big house but still want the benefits of a professional service—like consistent, high quality cleanings and more free time on the weekends. We’ll spend our time cleaning the rooms that are regularly lived in but skip rooms that are barely used as a way to reduce the price of your cleaning and keep it within budget, making it more cost effective for you.

Add-on cleaning services

We offer window washing and carpet cleaning as specialized add-on services, partnering with expert, local vendors. We’ll coordinate their services as part of your cleaning so that you don’t have to juggle multiple service appointments.

We also can add an oven cleaning or a refrigerator cleaning (or both!) to your Top To Bottom Deluxe or General Maintenance cleaning. Please just let us know ahead of time that you’d like to schedule these add-ons.

You can also upgrade your cleaning service any time you like. If you normally book us for a regular cleaning service but find your house a bit wrecked from all your friends and family visiting over the holidays, we can upgrade you to a full Top to Bottom Deluxe cleaning for your next cleaning. Your home will be back to normal in no time. We recommend that customers book a deep cleaning at least once a year—after the holidays, in the spring, or anytime that suits your schedule.
